Step 1: Unplug the Desk
Disconnect power completely.
Step 2: Locate the Hex Transmission Rod
Go underneath the desk and find the hexagonal rod connecting both legs.
Step 3: Remove and Reinsert
Remove the rod from both legs. Firmly reinsert it into each gearbox opening.
Ensure:
- The rod goes fully inside.
- There is no visible gap.
- It does not slide out easily.
