Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Rae Connect, you agree to the following:

1. No Advance Payment

• We do not collect any payment at the time of pre-order.
• Payment is only required once your order arrives at our warehouse and before it is shipped to you.

2. Order Holding Period

• Once your pre-order arrives, we will notify you via your registered contact details.
• You have 3 days to complete payment.
• If payment is not made within this period, your order will be passed to the next available customer in line.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• An estimated delivery timeline will be provided at the time of pre-order.
• Delivery dates may change due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, customs clearance, or supplier issues.
• We will keep you updated on any significant changes to your delivery date.

4. Product Availability & Changes

• Product specifications, features, and colours are based on details provided at the time of pre-order and may be subject to minor changes.
• In the unlikely event of a major change, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.

Koko Instalment Payment Policy

• Discounts or promotions listed on our website do not apply to Koko purchases, unless we specifically run a dedicated offer for Koko.

• Only the regular retail price is applicable for purchases made through Koko.

• Koko orders must be placed manually by contacting us at +94 777 125 056.
