Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Return Process

(Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Refunds are only issued for the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items
